Edelweiss is a patisserie in the European tradition that creates innovative and exotic frozen and fresh desserts and other specialty baked items for hotels and white table cloth restaurants. Operated by a third generation Austrian Master Pastry Chef, we provide the quality products of a small pastry shop but in quantities required by top 10 supermarket chains. Come sample our handmade morning pastries, cakes, croissants, pies, tarts and individual pastries. Put us to work creating custom, exclusive products that will add excitement and appeal to your signature brand, whether in the frozen grocery aisle or in your in-store bakery.

Frozen
We deliver our items all over the world. The delivery is free in Vancouver, $10 within Canada, and international shipping is calculated individually.
Packing
We sell our products on printing markets such as SANAR, in Vans stores and showrooms, and you can also read our featured stories in the online magazine.
